Special Imports
We do hold a large level of stock and can fulfill most orders from our UK warehouse. However this is not always possible and we do not wish to disappoint on the large volume orders. Where lead times allow we always encourage managing bulk orders as special imports from our factories, bringing both significant cost savings and the additional benefit of being able to slightly tweak the existing product design and/or packaging if desired.
We encourage all our distributors to work strategically with their customers so at the outset when a conference is booked, an event scheduled, an anniversary known or a marketing campaign conceived – the supporting promotional collateral required is considered as part of the initial project and not as an afterthought! Given lead times of 12 – 16 weeks via sea freight we can offer huge cost savings, greater personalisation and deliver exactly what is dreamt up!
